My Minimalist Christmas Table Styling

Today I am going to share with you Simple and minimalist Dining Table Styling Ideas.   I put this look together for festive dinner parties such as Christmas or NYE. It really is minimalist in many aspects. This is my take on the style and I hope you find some inspiration in it as well.

I will keep it short and sweet so it will mostly be images and captions.
If you scroll down I also detail on how I DIY the name tags.

Note: Not sure if you’ll even notice but I played with the position of the table and changed it while I was taking pictures. Hope that does not distract you!

My Minimalist Table Styling

  • I have used my existing nice white china starter dishes and dinner plates and added a few festive touches.
  • I decorated with my favourite colours: White and Grey
  • The ornate glasses really bring this look together and make it a festive table.
  • The silverware is my everyday cutlery choice. It is very fine and delicate and I use it often, they definitely spark joy I love them.

Those muesli bowls make a great soup/starter dish too
This over-sized vase creates an interesting feature while being simple and minimal
The name tags were a DIY creation re-using some items I had at home including white office clips.
On the table, you can find small eucalyptus gunnii branches, tea-candle holders, and little snowballs with an owl and a deer
The oversized-vase includes a faux pine branch, some wood sticks (from local flower shop) and a few baubles including this Feather one.

Those Wine glasses bring a festive touch to an overall very simple look

It was fun to use baubles as decoration items on those winter wood sticks. They are quite fragile so I only could use the lightest baubles I had.

Many of the products here are from The Wine Glasses and the Vase were kindly gifted by the brand.

DIY Name Tag

You will need office clips, wood stick cuts, lace, the greenery branches of your choice. I used Eucalyptus Gunnii (I have got a plant pot with it in the garden, so I save some money here as well).

Add the Eucalyptus branch and it is done. A very simple and budget-friendly DIY Name Tag

Hope you enjoyed this article as much as I enjoyed styling the table!
